The goal is long term sustainability. By capturing and filtering rainwater where it falls, the city reduces strain on sewer systems while improving water quality. I attended the Hilltop Zone 4 Blueprint Columbus Meeting No, I am not featured in this video, but I was there, sitting in the back row by the sound engineer.
